Our premium-quality sea moss is ethically harvested from pristine, cold-water regions, selected specifically for its purity, sustainability, and exceptional nutrient density.

How should I store my sea moss gel, and how long will it stay fresh?
Always store your sea moss gel in an airtight container in the refrigerator upon arrival. Properly refrigerated, it stays fresh and potent for up to 4 weeks. Be sure to refer to the "best by" date printed on your jar.

What is the white film on my sea moss gel?
A thin white film may naturally form due to refrigeration and settling. This is normal—simply stir your gel before each use to restore consistency.

What does sea moss gel taste like?
Ocean’s Radiance Sea Moss Gel has a neutral taste with a subtle, natural seaweed flavor. Its mild profile blends seamlessly into smoothies, beverages, soups, and other dishes without overpowering their original flavors.

How much sea moss gel should I take daily?
We recommend 1–2 tablespoons daily for adults. For children over 3 years old, 1–3 teaspoons daily is suggested. Start small and adjust as needed. If you're unsure about introducing sea moss gel into your or your child's diet, please consult your healthcare provider first.

What are the best ways to consume sea moss gel?
Our gel can be easily added to smoothies, juices, teas, soups, sauces, oatmeal, or yogurt. Its subtle, natural flavor and smooth texture integrate seamlessly into your favorite recipes.

Is Ocean’s Radiance Sea Moss Gel safe for children, pregnant, or nursing individuals?
Our gel is generally considered safe for children over the age of 3, as well as pregnant and nursing individuals, when consumed in moderation. However, it's essential to consult with a healthcare provider before introducing sea moss gel into these sensitive life stages, as individual needs can vary.

Does Ocean’s Radiance Sea Moss Gel contain any allergens?
Our gel is naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegan. It includes multiple types of seaweed (Chondrus crispus, Sea Lettuce, Dulse, and Bladderwrack). If you have a known allergy or sensitivity to seaweed or iodine, please consult your healthcare provider before consuming.

Why do you add a hint of lime juice?
A touch of fresh lime juice naturally enhances nutrient absorption and balances the overall freshness without affecting the taste.

Why do you use spring water instead of tap or purified water?
We exclusively use fresh spring water because it naturally contains beneficial minerals without chemicals typically found in tap water. We also avoid purified water since it lacks natural minerals essential to the nutritional integrity of our gel.

Why might batches differ slightly in texture or appearance?
Because our gel is made from wildcrafted ingredients without artificial stabilizers or additives, slight variations in texture, consistency, or color are natural and reflect the authentic quality of each fresh batch.


Orders, Shipping & Refunds

Can I return my jar if it’s unopened?
Because our sea moss gel is a fresh, edible product, we’re unable to accept returns—even if the jar hasn’t been opened. This helps us keep every batch safe, sanitary, and high-vibrational for our community.

What if my jar arrives damaged or spoiled?
We’ve got you. If your order shows up damaged or unusable, just email info@oceansradiance.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Can I exchange my order for a different product?
At this time, we don’t offer product exchanges—but if something’s off, reach out and we’ll do our best to support you.

Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds in rare cases (ie. if your package never arrives at the designated delivery window or if your jar is damaged and we’re unable to send a replacement). Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What if I miss the delivery window and my jar spoils?
We deliver our sea moss gel cold, so it’s important to refrigerate it right away. If you’re not available during your specified delivery window, your order will be considered unsuccessful, marked as missed and incur a $10 restocking fee. Please note: since sea moss gel is a perishable, if the jar is left unrefrigerated, we’re not able to replace items damaged by improper storage.

How should I store my sea moss gel once it arrives?
As soon as you receive your jar, place it in the refrigerator. It’s designed to stay fresh and potent when kept cold.

Where do you ship?
We currently offer local delivery to the DMV area within a 30-mile radius of Temple Hills, MD. Delivery is made the next day after your order is placed. We don’t offer nationwide or international shipping at this time.

How long do I have to report an issue with my order?
We ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any order-related concerns. This helps us respond quickly and take care of you properly.
